This session is for healthy people who have been following a low carbohydrate or ketogenic diet on their own and who want to have their macro distribution reviewed by an experienced Dietitian to make sure they are optimal for what they want to accomplish. Know in grams how much protein you should be eating per day, so that you can set your healthy fat intake and carbs around that.

- I’ll email you a choice of appointments then you’ll book the time that suits you best.
- I’ll send you confirmation of your appointment with an invoice for the call which you pay by e-transfer.
