Description

Anti-Inflammatory Protocol Package is designed especially for those with inflammatory conditions including chronic pain, arthritis (osteo- or rheumatoid) or one of several auto-immune conditions that result in inflammation. Since a low-carb diet forms the basis for this protocol, this package needs to be taken after completing, or concurrently with the Complete Assessment Package. This package provides 3 one-hour teaching sessions, as well as printable resources for each session.

The goal of this package is to reduce pain and stiffness and lower markers of inflammation.

I’ll teach you the specific substances found in food and beverages that promote inflammation and which foods these substances can be found in, as well as which foods are evidence-based to have anti-inflammatory properties.

Services can be taken in person or via Skype and payment can be made by credit card right here on the website’s secure server or via an e-transfer sent directly to the office.
