As a Registered Dietitian I am licensed to provide dietetic services in British Columbia, Alberta and Ontario, and approved by the College of Dietitians of Manitoba to provide virtual services.
I am able to see clients in other provinces and territories (except PEI, Quebec) according to the regulatory requirements of the College of Dietitians in those provinces.
I also provide non-clinical nutrition education services to those outside of Canada on an hourly basis, as well as in packages such as the Meal Plan Package, follow-up Weight Loss Package and Anti-Inflammatory Package. Please scroll to the bottom of this page for information about these services.

Due to the demands of my practice, I am unable to offer free introductory consultations, however Hourly Consultations are a great option to meet me, and to discuss your needs.
Hourly Consultations are for people to meet with me to discuss their needs, provide me with background, or to see if I am a good fit before moving ahead with a Complete Assessment Package (or another specialized package), or for taking stand-alone hourly nutrition education sessions offered in the Shop.

The Complete Assessment Package is for those in Canada to get started on their own weight loss and health-recovery journey .
If you want me to design a Meal Plan so that you can accomplish your goal of eating healthier, losing weight / building muscle mass or are seeking to put the symptoms of type 2 diabetes, high blood pressure, or high cholesterol into remission, this is where to begin.. Click here to read about the package in detail.
Along with the Meal Plan that I will design for you, you will receive a multi-page Meal Plan Summary which explains each food category on your Meal Plan. We will go over both of these in detail during the Nutrition Education Session where I teach you your Meal Plan, and you will have plenty of opportunity to ask questions!
You will also have access to download the 15-page Meal Plan Handout from the Client Portal which will serve as a valuable resource as you begin to implement your Meal Plan. It contains answers to many common questions, as well as how to make some Meal Plan substitutions.
Meal Plans can be designed low carb or keto — from high fat to high protein, based on your specific needs and goals.
