Anti-Inflammatory Protocol Package – follow-up package

Anti-Inflammatory Protocol Package is designed for those with inflammatory conditions, including chronic pain, arthritis (osteo- or rheumatoid) or one of several auto-immune conditions that result in inflammation. The goal of this package is to reduce pain and stiffness and lower markers of inflammation.

You will learn about the specific components found in many food and beverages that promote inflammation, and which foods these substances are found in so you can monitor your consumption of them, relative to your symptoms.  You will also learn which foods have anti-inflammatory properties and are evidence-based to reduce inflammation.

The package is divided into 3 sessions of an hour each and you will be provided with a written handout for each session that will serve as a resource for you afterwards. In total, you will receive 27 pages of handouts.

Note: People often find that many of their symptoms are significantly reduced when they follow a low carbohydrate diet, as many pro-inflammatory foods are not eaten or are eaten in much smaller quantities.  If there is still some residual pain or stiffness, the Anti-Inflammatory Protocol Package will teach you how to monitor your intake of remaining pro-inflammatory foods, and  further reduce inflammation.
